Concept is excited to announce the arrival of its newest member, Sam Clyde, who joins the company in preparation for the highly anticipated launch of its Digital Marketing Division. Sam’s experience and contagious enthusiasm make her an ideal fit to manage the latest addition to the organization’s suite of services.
“We put a lot of time and energy into finding the right person for this role,” says Jeff Harsh, Concept’s VP of Sales and Operations. “They needed to share our vision for how expansion into the Digital Marketing sector could enhance the overall value of the services we provide.”
“Sam really believes in what we’re doing, and she’ll be instrumental in helping Concept become a ‘one-stop-shop’ lead management solution for our customers,” he adds.
Though building a new division may sound like a daunting task, for Concept, it’s just the next link in a chain of ambitious undertakings dating back to the company’s founding in 2002. What began as a garage-based startup has since evolved into an industry-leading outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting organization whose exponential growth remains driven by the question, “What’s next?”
It was the same curiosity that prompted Concept to develop and launch its CRM Division five years ago. Today, the service – which is dedicated to designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce.com and Pardot platforms for its customers – is not only profitable but has experienced steadily increasing demand since its inception.
Like her Concept counterparts, Sam knows her way around a successful product launch. After serving for years as the Director of Marketing & Creative Services at a dominant B2B software company, as well as earning her MBA from Case Western Reserve University, she is ready to hit the ground running to help bring the company’s new Digital Marketing Division to life.
“This job presents the kind of challenges that light my fire. To be honest, I was emotionally invested in Concept’s whole Digital Marketing mission by the middle of my first interview with Jeff,” shares Sam. “It was instantly clear how significant an impact this could have on the company and its customers.”
“By incorporating a Digital Marketing Division into Concept’s existing service mix, we now offer our clients an all-in-one solution for their Sales and Marketing needs.” She continues, “There are a ton of benefits to managing the entire lead-gen cycle under one roof, but I think one of the most valuable will be the depth and strength it adds to our existing partnerships. At the end of the day, when our customers succeed, we succeed. This is just one more way we can help make that happen.”
While outbound calling has been the cornerstone of Concept’s success for nearly two decades, the organization’s “What’s Next” philosophy leaves no room for complacency. Instead, the team remains forever on-the-lookout for new, relevant services to add to their lead generation arsenal. In today’s technology-driven business landscape, expanding Concept’s capabilities to include digital advertising, email marketing automation, web content creation, and other related offerings was the clear next step for the company in its mission to provide customers with a complete lead management service solution.
