Concept is excited to announce the arrival of its newest member, Sam Clyde, who joins the company in preparation for the highly anticipated launch of its Digital Marketing Division. Sam’s experience and contagious enthusiasm make her an ideal fit to manage the latest addition to the organization’s suite of services.
“We put a lot of time and energy into finding the right person for this role,” says Jeff Harsh, Concept’s VP of Sales and Operations. “They needed to share our vision for how expansion into the Digital Marketing sector could enhance the overall value of the services we provide.”

Though building a new division may sound like a daunting task, for Concept, it’s just the next link in a chain of ambitious undertakings dating back to the company’s founding in 2002. What began as a garage-based startup has since evolved into an industry-leading outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting organization whose exponential growth remains driven by the question, “What’s next?”

Like her Concept counterparts, Sam knows her way around a successful product launch. After serving for years as the Director of Marketing & Creative Services at a dominant B2B software company, as well as earning her MBA from Case Western Reserve University, she is ready to hit the ground running to help bring the company’s new Digital Marketing Division to life.
