Here, employees and leaders can give shout-outs, assign tasks, and make announcements to provide an open line of communication throughout the company.
To boost morale, Concept holds employee appreciation events like waffle bars, ice cream socials, giveaways, hot chocolate/coffee bars, and donut Thursdays. These are a great opportunity for management teams to reward hard work and remain visible for all workers. The company also holds an annual karaoke competition for a fun way to relax and make new friends.
Individuals become eligible for benefits after their first full month of employment at Concept.
