When Concept launched its Digital Marketing Group in October 2018, it was hard to predict just how impactful the new service would be on the growth-minded business. Five months later, the company could not be more pleased with the accelerated rate of expansion the group has seen from internal and agency offerings.As the Marketing Group continued to acquire new clients, the need for more resources became apparent. Over the last 30 days, the team welcomed both a talented Marketing Content Specialist and a seasoned Web Developer to help manage workload and expand the group’s digital marketing services capabilities. With a collaborative and forward-thinking team now in place, Concept is thrilled to be able to offer additional services like website development, blog writing, SEO, email marketing, and more.
However, with the expansion of services, again comes a need for an increase in personnel. This time in the form of an Account Manager to handle ongoing relationships and digital marketing services with the agency’s growing client base. This energetic, positive individual will take on key responsibilities including strategic account management, participating in digital strategy development, and leading client meetings.
Perhaps the most exciting result of the Marketing Group’s presence in the organization has been the ever-increasing synergies between the organization’s existing Business Development and CRM groups. With these departments working in tandem, Concept is able to offer full-service solutions to clients’ lead generation and sales pipeline management needs.
