Beth (center) was nominated by Director of Production Makara Gerber (left), and Production Manager Adrienne Compton (right) for her willingness to make new employees feel comfortable coming in to Concept. When these workers started their training program, Beth took initiative to greet the hires and walk them to the training room. Her dedication to the company and her customers’ needs also shows when clients engage her for special projects. Her kindness is infectious and helps all employees feel at home.
There is not one best thing about my job, but many. It starts with coming to work and the owners knowing my name and greeting me by saying “Good Morning.” It’s the spirit of the whole company for the holidays or sports event that we’re celebrating. It’s the family feeling I get with the support of a co-worker or company support for their family member who is ill. It’s being part of a team where you are working with a group of people there to help each other regardless if it’s work-related or something personal. So, I’d say the best thing is the big picture!
I can’t really say I have a proudest moment because I just do my job. I was honored, however, when the Concept customer I work for asked me to do a special project for them beyond my normal duties.
I am inspired by challenges in both my professional and personal life. It’s the challenge of how to get through it, or at least survive it.

Most people don’t know I come from a strong accounting background and have a paralegal degree.
