Stephen stood out in team-building meetings where Business Development Managers started to build & grow teams, synergize, and challenge each other. His goal is to (within 15-30 minutes) shake up their thinking. Stephen wanted to motivate people not only for one day but for the whole week. His goal was to have each person in that meeting to take that motivation and carry it out and pass it along to others.
The people. How I can positively affect people with my role.
I never focus on the small increments in the past. I am always looking to the future and try to focus on what is going to happen next.
Not all have been given the same deck of cards, what keeps me going is the hope that one day I can achieve my goals with the hand I was dealt.
Never stop learning. You’re never going to figure out the best way to do something unless you figure it out for yourself. Always take ownership of what you are doing.
I like to learn new things, exercise, cook, go to parks, fish, and I always look for ways to better myself.
I am still going to school. I love learning and I am always looking to learn as much as I possibly can. I am also very much an open book. I also play musical instruments like viola, piano, and the ukulele.
I want to learn and know everything about what we do not know about space. We just started learning more about black holes and there is so much out there that we don’t know.
