Concept, LTD, a sales development agency, recently named Jeff Harsh president effective immediately. As president, Harsh will oversee goals and strategy set for 2020 centered around sales and marketing, incorporating new technologies, and new service offerings for Concept’s clients.
Harsh, 32, has been with Concept since 2010 where he has served in most roles at Concept. He started as a Sales Development Representative, who is responsible for opening doors for new business opportunities on behalf of our clients ultimately resulting in setting sales-qualified appointments. He was then promoted to Account Manager where he grew Concept’s CRM Integration and Marketing Automation division and became a certified business partner with Salesforce.
Harsh served as V.P. of Operations for two years. In 2018, Harsh moved to the sales side of Concept and became the V.P. Sales & Marketing. In this role, he initiated Concept’s movement into digital marketing and built a marketing division, which now enables Concept to offer a full suite of lead generation services to our clients including Google advertising, search engine optimization, email marketing, sales cadence management, and website development services. Concept, within the first year of offering digital marketing services, has recently become a certified HubSpot and Google Partner.
Harsh is a graduate from Wadsworth High School and attended the University of Akron where he received his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration/Marketing degree. Harsh lives in Copley with his wife, Lexi, and their daughter Halle.
