Concept provides reporting that creates an inbound/outbound lead generation tracking framework. This enables our clients to make informed decisions quickly and continue to drive their business forward. Our goal is to answer our clients’ questions about their leads, moving them through your sales funnel to a closed deal.

Our dashboards provide a detailed, quantitative analysis that allows you to track every lead and their qualification. We work closely with our clients to understand their customer journey to best advise campaign management.

We will assign a sales team to your account. The team will consist of a Business Development Manager (BDM), Production Manager (PM), and Account Executive (AE).

      Business Development Manager (BDM).

      Dedicated resource assigned to your account, responsible for making calls, generating leads and building and managing a sales prospecting pipeline.

      Production Manager.

      A Production Manager (PM) is responsible for overall production and activity levels produced on your account including volume and quality of leads and any on-boarding of BDM’s to the project.

      Account Executive (AE).

      Our Account Executive is your main point of contact, overall responsibility for client

    Relationship, account strategy, overall performance of the assigned team and provides high-level, industry-based best practices.

    Our account executives meet with each client on a bi-weekly basis to give context to all lead generation and nurturing efforts.
