In 2002, I formed Concept Services, a leader in new business development, digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM design and implementation. I started Concept in the basement of my home, and we grew to over 100 employees.
Concept is a new business development agency providing companies qualified sales leads, CRM sales design and process, and digital marketing services.
Jeff first started at Concept in 2010 as an SDR as Concept's 12th employee. Since then, Jeff has held leadership roles in nearly every department including various operations and account management roles before leading the creation of Concept's CRM and digital marketing agencies.

Since 2012, Jason Wisener has worn many hats at Concept to provide valuable experience and creative strategies to clients. Jason’s focus is on understanding each client and delivering custom solutions inside of each sale development and marketing program.
Jerrod Workman leads the company’s Financial and Human Resources operations. He joined Concept in August of 2017 as the Director of Human Resources before being promoted to his current position in the summer of 2018.

Joe Stephan has worked in the software and technology industry for over 10 years, gaining experience in CRM and various other business applications. In addition to his role at Concept, he is also a Salesforce community group leader in Northeast OH.
Robert Canter has a successful history in Sales and Business Development in various industries including healthcare, logistics, managed IT services and B2B lead generation.
Adrienne Compton has worked at Concept since 2014. She started as a Sales Development Representative, promoted to Production Manager and currently serves as an Account Manager. She focuses on customer retention and growth as well as employee development.
With a decade of experience in sales, cold calling, and business development, Kyle Moles serves as an Account Manager for Concept and focuses is on customer retention and employee growth/development. He has been with Concept for the last 5 years.
Jacob Porter draws from over 10 years of management and sales experience to help retain and grow Concept's Sales Development partnerships. Jake serves as the customer-facing primary point of contact for Concept's clients, as well as helping his SDR team reach their full potential through training and mentoring.
Erica Quinones is a Production Manager and has been with Concept since 2015. Erica helps drive the organizations production and oversees the talented SDRs. Once being an SDR herself, Erica knows the drive and determination required to have success for our clients.
CRM Project Manager
Jared Soell is a driven, reliable and growth-oriented Salesforce professional with hands-on experience designing, implementing and re-building effective Salesforce CRM solutions to improve productivity, streamline business processes, and increase user adoption.
Kristi is a certified Salesforce Administrator and is responsible for the ongoing support of our internal CRM as well as managing the ongoing support of our sales development projects, data, user and security management, process design, and training.
Shelby Smith has worked in CRM for 6 years. She has been with Concept since 2016 and is the Solution Engineer on the team. My role is working with the clients and internal teams on creating solutions within CRM or Marketing platforms.
Megan Blackmer has worked in IT & CRM technology for over 10 years & holds many Salesforce certifications. She helps customers with their CRM solutions, marketing initiatives, & other integrations. She is always looking for the next customer problem to solve.

Recruiter and Sales Trainer
Manage recruitment for all positions. Train new employees on outbound calling on behalf of our clients. Also manage training new employees on various CRMs that assist with managing sales activities, pipelines, and generating new sales.
