Concept Reaches Diamond as a HubSpot Solutions Partner

We're excited to share that we've reached the diamond level of HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program! This program is an ecosystem of experts that offer marketing, sales, customer service, web design, CRM, and IT services. On top of the 26+ HubSpot certifications Concept holds, there are several notable HubSpot Partner Program achievements we've fulfilled that are worth mentioning. These milestones include:

  • December 2018: Concept becomes HubSpot solutions partner
  • March 2020: Concept achieves gold tier
  • January 2021: Concept achieves platinum tier
  • July 2022: Concept achieves diamond tier

What Does Reaching Diamond Mean?

Naturally, we're pumped to have reached diamond level as a HubSpot solution partner, but let's shed some light on what this means for Concept, and most importantly for our clients.

In order to achieve diamond, we needed to reach a sold monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of $19,000, or 570 points, and manage at least $55,000, or 550 points, of MRR in 12 months.

What other benefits do we get? As a diamond solution partner, here are just a few key benefits we'll receive:

    • As a diamond solution partner, we'll still have access to Seismic, an exclusive enablement platform, where we're provided key resources, collateral, and pre-launch training to new tools that will be coming out soon. We'll also continue to be invited to events where we'll hear first-hand from HubSpot's general managers, go-to-market leaders, and product managers on upcoming product releases and other behind-the-scenes information so we're able to provide the best service for our clients to reach their goals.
  • Priority Support
    • Now that we're a diamond solution partner, we get to skip the queue and get priority access to an experienced and specialized partner support team through HubSpot and over the phone. 
  • More Access to INBOUND
    • INBOUND is an event powered by HubSpot where we'll have the opportunity to send more of our team members to connect with dozens of impactful speakers and explore new perspectives from thousands of business leaders.
