On September 18, in addition to the new Breeze Intelligence, HubSpot announced its Breeze AI platform, a collection of AI-powered tools and features that will help teams get more out of their CRM with generative AI. Originally piloted with ChatSpot, this new addition improves the user experience and moves it directly within the user interface. In this article, we provide an overview of HubSpot’s Breeze AI.

Breeze Copilot 

Originally ChatSpot, Breeze copilot is a virtual assistant that works with you wherever you are inside of HubSpot. Much like other AI assistants, it is fueled by your prompts and the data available inside of your CRM. Additionally, it offers insights and assistance specifcally tied to the page you are on inside HubSpot.

Breeze Agents 

Under HubSpot’s Breeze AI platform, there are a variety of task-specific tools they have named agents. These AI-powered agents assist in a variety of areas and help execute a variety of jobs to be done.

Social Media Agent 

As a part of Marketing Hub, the social media agent generates posts, analyzes performance to tailor future communications, and recommends the best time to post based on previous performance.

Content Agent 

Content agent generates landing pages, podcasts, case studies, blog posts, and other content-forward pieces, optimizing for SEO and even pulling from the voice of the brand tool that has recently been introduced. Additionally, it uses external and internal data to analyze performance and optimize all content.

Prospecting Agent 

The prospecting agent will find contacts and companies within HubSpot that match your ideal customer profile, craft email messaging, and reach out in sequence-like style, basing follow-up emails off interactions and intent given by the prospects.
